We prioritise the admission and withdrawal processes to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for students and parents. Here are the key details regarding admissions and withdrawals at our school:
Admission to any class is subject to seat availability. Eligible candidates are required to submit their admission applications on the prescribed forms available at the school office on specified days. The registration process commences four months before the school reopens in June each year.
Candidates seeking admission must participate in an entrance test. For Standard I, completion of a three-year pre-primary course in English Medium is mandatory. Admission to our school is granted solely on the basis of merit.
The age criteria for admission are as follows: Lower Nursery Class: 3 years; Standard I: 5 years and 10 months as of June 1 of the respective year.
The admission process is considered complete only after the payment of the prescribed fees as per the fee schedule.
Transfer Certificates (TC) are issued during office hours. To request a TC, a written application must be submitted to the office at least three days in advance. At the time of receiving TC, all outstanding dues, including the term fees, must be settled.
Misbehaviour, cruelty towards other children, irregular attendance, disobedience or disrespect to teachers, habitual idleness, stealing, and similar serious offences can lead to student dismissal. Once the management makes a decision regarding dismissal, no negotiations will be entertained by any party.
At Claret, we strive to maintain a fair and transparent admissions process, ensuring that every student has an equal opportunity to join our educational community. For further information or assistance, please feel free to contact our school office during working hours.
We look forward to welcoming new students and families to our vibrant learning environment.
